Do I have a problem with Windows 8....

I have just purchased a HP putter with windows 8. When opening a thread, sometimes, getting the message Waiting for ClassRacer.com. Never had this with the old Dell. This program has so many safety and other stuff...for this old f---, but I'm learning....

It eventually comes up maybe + - 20 seconds. Is this windows 8 or site problem? By the way it doesn't do it all the time....and don't have any
problems any where else except here at ClassRacer....

Any suggestions/ help would be greatly appreciated....
