There were several drivers who missed thier win light, and kept their foot in the gas. We even had Ole Bob Dennis get hit on a single. He said, "I thought I lifted early enough!"

Some racers thought it was still a second under, but we announced that because all of the indexes were dropped .30, we adjusted the CIC to .70 under the posted index.

All in all, for a FREE race that paid out $1,400 win; $700 r/u; $250 semi ($2,600 total), it went pretty darn good. The fans loved it!

Congrats to Jeff Dona for his win in the finals against Jeff Teuton
Joey Teuton and Bob Dennis picked up the cash for the semi fianls.
