Question Custom AN fittings

Is there anyone making custom AN fittings? I could use a 90 degree bulkhead fitting but with a longer straight side in -10.

I didn't search for the specific fitting that you are looking for, but as another source, Parker has a huge selection of all types of fittings.

That’s the correct type of fitting. What I need is the long end to be able to pass through a 1” wide piece of square tubing. It’s really hard to tell from the pictures how long that end is, but it may be worth a try.

I also looked at the Allen Aircraft Catalog and i didn't see anything long enough that would work because most of the time i've used those fittings on high pressure panels that the material is only 1/4" at the most. You could call Allen Aircraft and see if maybe they have a suggestion.

Thanks , I’ll give that a shot.I’m kind of surprised one of the AN manufacturers hasn’t addressed this. It’s basically just a through the frame bulkhead.

You might try contacting one of these fellows. They make and sell a lot of AN hoses for aircraft. One of their specialties is making custom fittings. They had separate companies, thus the differing email addresses, but have joined forces recently.
