I was just informed of the passing of Bill Robinson. Bill raced Oldsmobiles early in his career at the old Suffolk track later teaming with Ron Garey in the 80's.

Sorry to hear about Bill, as Mark said he was a real funny guy... Always had plenty of stories to tell and keep you laughing..........May he rest in peace...

I did not know him, but, it is a sad day when we lose a racer. It is exceptionally bad when they are Oldsmobile racers. Not too many of them left.
Chuck, you need to talk your dad into coming to a Div.1 event. |

I am very saddened to learn of Bill's passing. Seems like just yesterday my dad and I were in TX (buying his current ride from Bill). He is definitely one of a rare bunch of ol school, die hard racers (like your dad). Hope you and momma are enjoying your retirement? Dean |
