I don't see any stiff sidewall tires in 9 inch on the Hoosier site. Mickey Thompson has a 29.5x9 (3056ST) which says it is recommended for manual transmissions. The MT site also calls out a different stiff sidewall tire for cars over 3,000 lbs (3360), but do not have it in a 9" tire.
What are others running for tires with a stick?

The MT 3056st is fine but I would recommend tubes in any of them running. A heavy stick car.
What clutch are you running and what shocks? Everything has to work together. If you are hammering the tire with the clutch there is no tire that can overcome that unless conditions are perfect.
