Mark,

As I stated, there were half pound breaks at least through the '76 year. Bob R. is probably right about '78 being the year. It was then that they consolidated 6 classes into 3 by going to one pound breaks, and that moved everyones class letter designation up some. I remember it happening as my Wagon was an "R" and then became and "N", but wasn't sure of the year.
