I don't think this is that much different than what happened to Fred Hensen. You go quick enough on a losing run, you're gonna get HP or a flag.
Also, just an FYI, the truck got 14 HP not 18.

Toby the car should not get hit if it is illegal.
How would you like it if somebody put together a combo just like yours. But bogus as can be. Goes out and whacks your hp 6 or 7 percent. Then never runs it again, and flagrantly admits they were bogus?
I wish everyone that got an instant hit was torn down. Thats the way it should be. But if a car is found wrong there should be no hit.
If they don't change it. This is just a vindictive hit, just like I have gotten before.
