Titanium Valves
Anybody here have any A-B results of switching to Titanium Valves in your typical 900-1000 hp Big Block Chevy? Any performance gains to be had from making the switch? I can't imagine there would be any downside other than cost, but if there is, what is it?

I agree with Tom. The best thing about the Titanium valves is the extended spring and lifter life. If you run a very radical cam you should use the Titanium valves.
I use them in both intake and exhaust on a 1000 HP 565 cu in super gas car. For me it is just added insurance. My 2 Cents |
