They bought them last year. They are looking at overlap in product and discontinuing where they had the same tire at both brands.

They are merging the trailer support as well. The trailer at the Gators was both Goodyear and Mickey Thompson. It will allow them to cover more events by sharing trailers.

So far everything is very positive.

They were bought out back in 2003 by cooper and Gy owned cooper…. I worked there 17 yrs before they closed down In my hometown.. we had the oldest GY plant in the world… 91 yrs old
