there are many lug nut suppliers out there who have open ended shank style nuts ... most performance warehouses like jegs / summit offer many choices

McGard, still made in the USA I believe.
Quality stuff, and the chrome doesn't crack and fall off the first time you put them on. Come with nice washers. 61005 - .746" shank 63004 - 1.365" shank. We have used these and trimmed to length in the past. May be others out there. I go out of my way to stay away from the off shore crap. |

Amen, the only THING that China ever made that lasts a long time is COVID. …Mr Vassar , may I suggest a very nice alternative. Use aluminum inserts in your racing wheels and a flat nut to secure the wheel. I absolutely love mine and it makes changing tires sooooo much easier. So sorry to HIGHJACK your thread Jody, my apologies ….

The aluminum inserts and flat nuts work with front wheels. Walk the staging lanes and you will see how popular they are.

Because I'm talking "shank" length. The shank should reach all the way through the hub,or very close to it. |
