Default Early Nova Front Suspension

I've a 65 Chevy II that is very loose on the top end (1/8th). Moroso front springs CE 3way front shocks. The car keeps it's nose up all the way down the track. With this attitude the front tires toe in badly causing the car to waver left and right. I know that some of the SS guys can make these cars work better. Does anyone have any modifications that they can devulge to stabilize them high speed?
