I'm looking to switch to the Corvette style fork and adjustment rod on my 68 Camaro. It looks safer than the factory Camaro type.Have any of the stick guys out there done this,I've heard it was a popular update.
Any help would be appreciated! |

That conversion works well. Make sure to put the correct pivot ball for the clutch or get an adjustable one. The vette fork has a nice dogleg in it, but you need to adjust it. I 5ink we bought the linkage kit for a 55 Chevy from mr. gasket and just shortened the rod a bit for ours.
We have a camaro bellcrank on our 66 Nova as well.
