Best Rockingham Route
A question for my D2 friends.
Coming south on I95 ,would you use I95 to Fayetteville and then Rt401 to Rt74 to Rockingham ,Or take I84S thru Durham and Raleigh to Rt 1 ? The maps say 20miles farther going by I95 to Fayetteville , but I remember the I85 route being pretty sluggish at times , and US1 was a lot of two lane as I remember .
