I have a 79 malibu classic, it has been a bracket car since it was bought off the dealership floor, rigjt now it has a mild 350 and powerglide, if i wanted to modify it to say run stock or super stock, where would i Begin ?

I'd start with a rule book.
It'll answer a lot of questions.
