NEW 350 block sleeved to 3.900 bore(283+.030)

This block was bought new in the early 80's before the Bowtie block came out.It was done for a Comp Elim. set up,by a very reputable builder, (311-317 combo--287 also) because the 283 Nova blocks were hard to get.It has thick wall Ductile sleeves that are OFFSET to unshroud the intake valve.Can be used for a 283 S/S but I dont know about the stockers because it has 4-bolt main caps.The caps are the good GM Ductile caps.Would make great alternative to paying for Small bore Bowtie or Dart..Bore is bored to 3.896 right now and has not been honed.The mains have been line honed already but bore and Deck need finished.Deck Height is still factory,just sleeves are cut flush.This would be great for a 283 thick wall block...it has never had coolant or oil run through ,it is NEW.....$1,000 O.B.O....
