Does anyone know the section width of a 28.5 x9 on a 8" wheel. Spec sheet said 12.5 but has anyone measured one. Thanks

Mine are 9 x 29.5 and the section width measures 11 3/4". This is on a 8" rim.
On a 10" rim they measure 11 3/8"
