sealt belt expiration question
I know this is an elementary question, but do seat belts expire the first day of the month or the last day of the month.
Mine have a Nov 16 date. Are they good through that month?

Aren't they stamped with the START date? So, just for example, if they are stamped NOV 16, they would be good through November 30, 2018.

mine were made in Nov 14. I know they expire in Nov 16. Just asking if it is Nov 1 or Nov 30.
