Epping Open
Any word on the open? Did they get any runs in today? What does it look like for tomorrow? If it rains out on Saturday will they run it on Sunday? Not looking for he said she said or I heard from a guy that knows a guy that has a friend that knows. I would like to know if it rains out on Saturday will they run it on Sunday and will we get one or two time shots? Thanks Barry

Re: Epping Open
They said they hope to be able to get some done tomorrow afternoon and commented that it would be one and go. As for Sunday all they said was they will finish what they don't get done tomorrow before the import qualifying starts at 11am,

Re: Epping Open
Track said. Radar shows this to pass, and that will dry the track and run.

Re: Epping Open
It was a great event,If there were no weather forecasters this event would've been even better. It was a good example of racers missing out because of weather worries.
On Friday I know some got 4 runs even with the rain starting at 4 pm On Saturday the rain stopped at around 8 am and after drying the track we got 2 time trials. There were about 26- 28 stockers and a dozen super stockers. Eliminations were done around 630 Congrats to Tony for his win and the GTAA Erwin for r/u in SS, I believe that Vic Santos was in the semis Congrats to John Gray for his win and Tin Boudreau for r/u in stock, I believe the semifinalists were Tim Stickles and Kevin Hawkins I did not see a qualifying sheet, but they announced that Vic was #1 in SS at 10.07 ? he is usually in gt/ha or gt/ia I think he was in GT/IA Good luck to all at the many races in row that are from now till the end of June. Hope to see many ASRA racers in the winners photos

Re: Epping Open
Dave thanks for the update. Rod, I was just busting Dave back about the 9:80 G record. As most of us know Dave has a 305 car. Although I do think the 305 is a good combo. Just not as good as a 74 350 corvette. LOL Barry
