I'm not even sure this is legal in S/SS, but I am looking at Meziere's new powerglide trans pan with the cooling tubes cast in the bottom of it. I'm using their water pump and this pan works by tapping into the high pressure side of the system (at the pump) and flowing back to the low pressure side at the radiator. He advertises consistent temps in the trans within 10-15 degrees of the engine water temp.
If legal in S/SS, anyone using this? Does it work? The principle seems sound. I'm a bracket racer and contemplating putting together a crate motor stock ride. Thanks, Scott

I don't know if it's legal in S/SS but the ATI pump with a fan on your cooler will cool it down good.
