Default 2001 Mustang a decent car for stock?

I have raced for years in lots of classes but never raced much off the bottom bulb and thought about building a stocker. I would like to build it on a moderate budget if possible to see how I like it and to get my feet wet. Seeing as I already have this car I thought maybe I would just use it.

It's a 2001 Ford Mustang GT with a 4.6 and a automatic. I don't know for sure what class it would run, but I think it would fit in H/SA.

If those with knowledge on this car would please point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Stefan
