Default 327 Super Stock question

If you were building a 327 and had some options, which way would you go....this is in a conventional Super Stock car. The 327 -275 hp or the 327- 350 hp ?

I know the 327-350hp has the larger valves and more compression, and also a Holley carb ( although its a really small carb ), or does the 327-275 hp combo seem to be better , even though it has less compression, smaller valves and less compression and the Q-jet. I dont know which carb is actually better. I'm asking as far as which engine makes the most power, or the pros and cons of either. There isnt much difference at all as far as factor. Thanks for any help.
