What you need to do is talk to Keith Jones at Total Seal. He'll tell you straight up what you need to know.
I do not run them, I run various Total Seal Advantage sets as well as Diamond or Gold profile ring sets. The gap less top ring may work okay, I'd stay far away from gap less second rings. Rings packages make power. However, trick rings are not a substitute for perfection in bore preparation. It doesn't not matter how much your rings cost, or how trick they are, if your cylinders are not perfectly straight and round, with the correct finish, nothing will work. The flip side of that is that if your bores are as close to perfect as possible, a lot of dynos will be hard pressed to repeatably measure the difference between a killer ring package and a good package.

just came off the dyno with a fresh motor ,new springs,rings,bearings,3/8 push rods every thing was the same from last year ,i went with the gapless top ring pack and a naiper second ring with good results ,,just follow the instructions, dont make the top ring gaps tight, call total seal for options and they will work, and they where not priced to bad ,they are worth some hp at least in my application

How much oil ring tension are you running with these? also how did they tell you to hone the
block? i have talked to total seal a few times and get a different answer every time.

Ron, try to talk to Keith. He wrote me an almost full page of instructions at SEMA last year. Very helpful guy.
