Who's the best one around to get one built?

Clark Holroyd. Although the new Quick Fuel carburetor is supposed to be a good one. Jimmy Bridges builds a good Holley, as does Scott McClendon (I think I got that one right).

Also check out Dale Cubic. He does a lot of Comp, Stock and Super Stock Holley's.
