what is a quicker ratio option for a manual box in a 82-92 camaro? It has what i believe is an S-10 box in it now and its 6 turns lock to lock. Turning out of the lanes or making the turnoff is a pain in the ***. Is there s quicker ratio option?

Chad,
a number of the 60's & 70's GM manual gears will work. There are a few versions so you have to select the spline count that works for your combination. |

Chad, I have a Flaming River steering gear on my 3rd Gen with a pitman arm from Ed Quay. It fit perfectly and turns great. Be sure to paint the top cover (aluminium) black so the tech guys won't complain. I've had mine
on the car for 8 years and no one has said anything.
