Default weight off of front of car

was trying to see about any suggestions on where in the front to get some weight off of the front end. I have a 90trans am.

have done the brakes and battery already. wondering about like the front bumper and things like that.

How about a manual rack&pinion. Lighter core support. Lighter engine accessories...my alt bracket and waterpump weigh a ton. They also make lightweight spindles for those cars I believe.

All I can tell you is that building a stock elim. car is a game of illusion, so use your imagination.

Well said!.....Rich, it's amazing how much weight you can save with a 24 grit disc sander applied to the right places. ...cheap but takes time ......Tom

remove as much of the crash supports behind the frt bumper as you can and still leave for bumper attachment. cut the crash supports out of the doors if you have a roll bar.
