Well looks like one of our CJ's might be back up for sale. We took a deposit from a customer, but he now has OUR CJ on e-bay for sale. Funny I didn't know you could sell a car that you haven't paid for. Looks like he was either trying to make a quick buck or he doesn't have the money to fund the purchase.

I don't want step on toes, so contact me via PM's if you are interested in a 475hp/C2/Graphic Package car.

*Racers only please! We don't want to see this sitting in a collection, we want to see it beating up on the DP Challengers*

Hmmm....well I dont agree with what he is doing, I dont see , as long as he meets time requirments on the balance due, how you could sell it out from under him.

He has paid a deposit, does he have a set amount of time to come up with the balance ? If so, he can excercise that option and timeframe however he sees fit.

Maybe he is just seeing what the market will bear for his new investment

Cheers

Chris

People excercise options like that all the time on all kinds of commodities, I think its pretty sharp, although I would like to see it raced to.....ok Id like to race it

Let's try it this way. I am a dealer and I sell you a car at an agreeable price and I take your deposit for delivery at a future time. The dealer then tries to get a better price from someone else. If he gets a better price then he sells the car out from under you. Now, how do you like the program mister buyer. When you pay in full for something it is yours until that time you have no right to try and resell it. Options and all of the other Wall Street shenanigans are why everyone's 401K and housing values are in the toilet. Their favorite is"structured products" which allows them to sell you all of their useless investments.
