Default 327 crankshafts

Some time back, some seller on Ebay had a 327 steel large journal crank for sale, it was a fresh .010"on the mains, and 2" standard small journal on the rods. I didn't buy it, but would it be a possibility to use one of those in that configuration in an 010 350 block with Manley or equivalent legal small journal rods, legal pistons and pins, etc, and use it in a stocker? Would that constitute" crossbreeding of parts"or since the stock basic configuration of the generic 327 is maintained, would it retain legality? It's not like somebody put Oldsmobile rods in their Chevy, Chevy valves in their Ford,or some thing like that. Travis, are you out there?
