neil; the 326 motor in the 63 tempest, if i can recall correctly will the 389/400/455 head bolt onto that motor? i thought the pontiac motor family from 55 up would interchange parts. is this correct? johnco[patch]

hi John....We need a real Pontiac expert on this one.....I don`t know..........I seem to remember at least an intake manifold change from 64-65 .........What do you have up your sleeve ? sounds like it could be real interesting

Yes,the heads will bolt on to the block.

Hey Johnco, I have a 455 for sale. It's in the Houston area. .040 over, 73 year 4 bolt block 2 bolt caps. Needs a crank, this one has been turned to many times already.
