Default Car Classification

Question:

If a car's natural factor is 14.27 (M/S), it can run either L,M or N correct?

Thanks,
Earle

That's what I thought Lane. There's a car at the Div. 3 race running in K/S (Richard Zink) that is a car naturally factored at 14.27 (M/S), so I thought he could run either L,M or N. Maybe he is running a Cobra combo now? (though that doesn't appear an option for an '89 car) ??

LX coupe with a stick is 13.96
Now on the other hand, there was a guy named Workman at Sonoma with a LX auto that was not classified correctly in K/SA.
Looks like tech missed that one big time.

89 lx auto is 14.45, but the 88 is at 13.80.
I am sure he is running it as an 88 and made a mistake on the tech card.

OK. I didn't realize there was such a difference between 88 and 89. (BTW - He runs a hatchback.)

I'm working on a coupe right now and I didn't realize I can go anywhere from K to N, depending on what year I claim...cool!
