I have had the Superwinch S5000 for about two years. I have a 3400lb. Stocker and it does the job well. It began to squeal badly last season so I called Superwinch and the told me to grease all the internals where the gears are. I did that and they were drier than a popcorn toot! Haven't tried it since but it sounds quieter. Food for thought. Jim

I'll chime in on this one and agree with everyone on the Superwinch 4500.
Spend the extra $$ here and avoid overworking the unit and asking for issues down the road. I got the remote control as a X-Mas gift last year from the wife and man it is sweeeeet! Drop one in the suggestion box for X-Mas next year? Just sayin Last edited by Johnymia Racing; 05-11-2011 at 08:53 PM. |
