One point then I'll go away. Why build a 6 cylinder, low compression,no carb, looking at cars coming at you at up to 40-50 mph.In other words slow inconsistant combos when he has a car already to put a small v-8 with a good carb and a decent hp factor? If I knew then what I know now I would have that v-8 car now.

I think that little Rambler is gonna win out isn't it? You do have a good point, as much as I want to build something unique, I don't want to waste a good effort on something that won't be that much fun. I never thought a slow car would be that inconsistent. Glad I am finding this stuff out now!
Don't go away Ed, you're helping a ton! |

I was kidding about W/SA. Thanks for all the info, I think I know what to build now. It's still cool to see the different combinations and how they come about.
