Couple of questions about new 68 Camaro combo

How about the comp 282S it is 236/236 @50 495/495 110ls.
They say it is easy on springs.
If i would run this cam it has 4 degrees already ground into it should i advance it 4 more degrees to get it to leave harder.
With this cam i was thinking of shifting @6200 and getting a 8"ATI set up @5000.
What do you think it would run in a 3200 lb w/river and a 4.88 with 28x10.5 slicks
