The air horn is where the Holley numbers are stamped. If the air horn is milled off (Not allowed) the numbers go away. How can you declare the legal carb Number? Like John said, read page 160 of the 2008 rule book. More information there that covers allowable bore size & throttle plates. You can fail tech many ways with carb mods. Be careful.
