Front M/C outlet goes to the front brakes, port closest to the firewall goes to the rear.
I would suggest installing the Strange brakes in place of the Aerospace unit.
Strange uses a "square" oring seal on the caliper pistons that flexes back somewhat when brake pressure is released and reduces drag.
Not knocking Aerospace Components here, But as a chassis builder I have seen what systems seem to work best and most reliably.
