You are definatly soft when it comes to the first 1/2 of the track, 60 foots pretty weak, but picking up 30 mph in the second half is unusually high, esp for a high 11 second automatic car. 3.73 gears with 28" slicks is pretty mild, cams fairly mild too,. agree with the others, your heads seem more suited to a higher revving combination with more cam, compression, convertor and gear than what you curently have. As for the hyd roller lifters, I doubt that you will find many 5.0 Mustang Stockers that don`t exeed 6400 rpm all the time.
