Default how much should it weigh?

i have a 91 mustang notchback coupe that is ready for divsional action in stock. just want to make sure that i have the weight correct. with an weight break of 13.50, a horsepower of 220, i think it should weigh 3140 w/driver for l/sa. is this correct? also must the car weigh 2970w/o driver or does w/ driver the only way it is ever weighed? thanks.

Shoot me a PM if you make it out to Sac. My car is down awaiting a few parts, but hopefully, I will see you out there soon. Best of Luck!
