The meadow lands might work like the track at Saint Louis . But it also might take up to much needed parking for the ball park.

Possibly something fashioned after Pomona, where I believe everything other than the track and stands are dual-purpose. And Pro Mod and down for the categories to try to meet sound restrictions.
