Re: ppp shifter
What is the proper method for accurate adjustment?
The primary check is for full travel from park to the opposite end of the shift pattern. Then verifying that all forward gear positions are in a relaxed condition is recommended. From PPP FAQs

Re: ppp shifter
Had this exact problem with one I worked on. PPP showed less than z-e-r-o interest...never returned multiple calls, emails, etc. Tossed the junk original spring and sourced some spring stock from McMaster Carr. After a bit of tinkering with spring length and preload...problem solved. -Al

I also considered the M&M and Motion Raceworks shifters which are available for both 2 and 3 speed trans, both very nice and made in the USA. Last edited by 1320racer; 07-10-2024 at 01:19 PM. |
