You do realize the without the J6 genius visa you'd be hard pressed to find a Dr in this Country and scientists would be few and far between!

It’s only free when it’s other people’s money, the downfall to most socialist countries. Most of the educated in this world would prefer to live here where the doctors are not expected to earn the same income as blue collar and if they do earn more it’s confiscated by taxes. Unfortunately we’re headed in that direction.
