Try this. I installed this when I up graded to the MSD Grid system. Removes any electrical noise interference.

I have my fan, water pump, and alternator wires bundled together and running along the intake manifold where it meets the passenger cylinder head. My throttle stop wires and crank trigger pickup are not part of the bundle, but run right along with that bundle on the same path.
I'm not going to tell you it is a recommended practice or even a good thing to do, but I have never had an issue with it (that I know of).
