The retainer weight is the most critical in a stocker application, I use a 7.1 gram piece in a LS1 stocker, every gram counts.

As far as PAC is concerned the family sold to an equity firm a few years back so anything is possible these days there. FWIW the best wire is usually Japanese.

Wire is still PACALOY and springs are still manufactured in Southfield, MI. Ownership changed, integrity didn't.
