For the last several years I have run a belt-drive pump with Methanol fuel and a front-mounted cell.
Over the next year, I will gradually be converting my bracket race Lamplighter to super stocker trim. Part of that process with be moving the cell to the rear and installing an electric pump. I am out of the loop in ref to electric pumps so let me hear your current success stories about reliable fuel pumps

Also, this will be the 350/360 engine with Holley carb. I will make around 525 - 535 horsepower range so not a large volume requirement.

Nothing fancy or trick, but my low 10-high 9 second bracket car has been running the same Holley Blue pump for 35 years. Also with a 780 Holley vac. secondary carb.

The holly blue pumps were always very reliable for me. I use two summit pumps with a billet aluminum bottom. Resonable price they fee 1,000hp with no issues.

Larry, I would suggest that you look at Aeromotive's pumps. Very good company to deal with for customer service and made in America. Their stuff is top notch.
Holley just isn't the company it once was and neither are the pumps. They are cheap though if that is the criteria. |

Spend the money on a Mallory 250 pump with a return regulator. It’s a much better pump and as I always say, you can’t have too much fuel pump.
