Well lots of cars came in overnight. There were 81 stockers on the 1st pass this morning. The weather isn't looking too good for today, so they are running everyone pretty quickly. Superstock is running now, then superstreet, then we run again for qualifying then superstock, super gas, then 1st round of class.

Terry, Larry says Sammy has a 427, 400 in his corvette.

We had 9 B/SA cars this morning.

Funny note: I'm listening to Super stock running and Sammy Pizzalato is running Dan Fletchero. Dan said he just wanted to fit in down here in Cajun country.

DRC should be putting qualifying up soon.

damn im not happy im not there... 1st cajun's ive missed... between fuel prices and the little fact that we didnt know bob shaw was gonna blow up and i could win class and race cic race or i woulda come !!!

thanks patsy and larry for the "feel of the race" reports... they are great !

tell everyone i said hi, good luck in class tommorrow.. and feel free to eat ONE crawdad for me... you can drink as much beer for me as you can.. but i limit myself on the crawdads.. LOL

They have been talking about cooking a ton of crawfish tonight and I'm sure we will eat our share. We will be sure and eat 1 for you Jack.

We will be running class in just a little while. Weather is holding up but there are tornado watches all around.

What was the Density Alt. during first round of stock? It must have been pretty bad.

Density altitude was 1836' by our guages. In A/SA Roper beat Randy Here. Also in B/sa they are showing Temento beat Pouricau. It was actually Terry Emmons. They just called Stock back up for Round 2.
