Have used the Lamb grease before, however, there are improved products with new formulations such as the following:

When visiting Lambs shop several years ago I told him you are using the the same grease we use on our commercial jets and he quickly responded that's because that grease is designed to go from a stand still to 150mph in a second
![]() Never really thought about it that way before he said it! Dont know if that is the same they use today.

It’s always a GOOD DAY when talking to Betty Lamb on the phone. One winter during our conversation I told her it was 20 degrees here at home....She asked me WHY on earth would you live there ? Honestly, I didn’t know what to say....I do use and recommend their wheel bearing grease.....

The aircraft wheel bearing grease has a viscosity grade of 5. The normal dyno based, non-synthetic bearing grease is 2. The Lamb grease appears to have a viscosity of 1. MicroBlue has 00, 0 and 1 viscosity grades available. |

A very good bearing grease for racing only is Kluber Lubrication Isoflex NBU 15. It is expensive, but very good for the application.
