Agreed that there are any number of "benefits" to membership that have disappeared over the years - Dragster cut back to bi-weekly, and sportsman coverage and information content cut way back, announcing deck audio from nationals eliminated with the introduction of All Access/NHRA TV for an extra $100, any number of other small extras eliminated, and the Rulebook.

I really need to have a current copy handy, so I just pick one up at the local track or call Cali and order one. It is what it is.

YUP!!.. it used to be nice when the Rule Book showed up every year with your membership stuff.. kinda made you feel like you were getting something.. NOW, it's just a pin, your card, and assorted BS stuff that racers will seldom use.. I got a new book at the last National Event that I attended..

I learned that I can use radios in SG... LOL!!!
