Joe Welch is conspicuous by his absence. I haven't seen or heard anything about him since he was DQ'd at Indy last year.

Wow, already a 7 second bump and poor Leah is the fastest Dodge at #19. Three spots out with an 8.00 that would have easily been #1 at any race last year.

He has a Holbrook engine, also working with the Tasca-N-Turk team and BES for power.

This class was already out of control (IMHEO), now this. Yeah it's the 1st race but they add weight to the Dodges and give the Fords a bigger blower and more stroke. Last year's front-line Chevys are now second fiddle. Now what?

I have lots more photos to edit from Stock and Super Stock, but I just can't get back to the motorhome to get it done. I hope to get lots more posted after third round tomorrow morning. Super Street will be out first followed by Stock. It will be the same schedule as the last two days, one round and done for the the day.

I will try to post more later.

I don't get why they keep doing Sportsman 1 round in the morning then nothing they could get at least 2 a day

Believe they’re now having R4 after all Pro runs on Saturday. Lots of upsets...could the trend continue?
