Thanks for the correction Mark, the black vinyl top flawed my memory. Man he could drive that thing with amazing consistency.
I still can't believe we lost Dave and Alan within days of each other. For a small state Connecticut has had some great drag racers and also NASCAR Modified drivers as well. |

(Peters and Hozan) There's a new pic on the CT Dragway F/B page, of Alan and Dave racing each other. Sad times, for sure . And for those who think they might race again, better get with it.
