Great read. My dad bought a 69 442 400 4 speed brand new. Installed either 4.10 or 4.30 gears and ran a best of 14.02 at US 30 dragstrip in Indiana

Cool. My brother bought a 68 442 W30, new, from Anderson Olds. Dave Siltman ( his dad ran Anderson Olds) is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Olds history. He races the 69 W31 from Anderson, originally driven by Sonny Freeman.

I talked to Dennis Kline today . He was one of the original Student Racers that raced this Oldsmobile . They have been looking for this car for over a year , and they follow up on all the leads that come their way . It would be great if the Class Racer community could help these guys track down information on this car , and possibly where it is .
