Might sound crazy but my buddy uses off the shelf Autozone wheel bearings. He focuses on torque settings and grease type. They spin like crazy. It’s a Foxbody Mustang that he ran in NMRA Factory Stock.

Some racers have picked up a full tenth with the micro polished and chemical lubricant surface treatment. More when a transmission and rear end bearings are done. |

Also, He paid a lot of attention to his stock front brake setup and i believe he honed out the piston sleeve to allow it to slide freely in the bore.

There should be some improvement lessening Brake Drag. Did add a new brake cable to stop the Parking Brake from dragging. Just went over the wheel and reconditioned them. The Washers were deformed and caused the studs to break last year. D |
