Check the oil level too. There are 2 oil pumps on a 7.3 one for engine lube the other for fuel. If it's down a few quarts no pressure and no fuel so no start --- next listen to GPR for clicking sound mane the inside terminals are ad ed causing no contact. They cost about $20-30 eAsy fix get a "good one" don't buy a cheap piece of. Crap just asking for more trouble How many miles and what year is it? I live in Chicago and never plug mine in starts right up 2000 with 287,000 on it .. will tell you you need good. Battery's to crank it over and to warm glow plugs if the batteries are marginal will cause problems too-- Fed387
